The building is expressed as 3 forms sitting within a landscaped garden accommodating the seminar rooms, conference rooms and function hall. All the rooms were designed to have access to private terraces where the landscape would extend into the building and inform the palette of materials used within the rooms.

The colours and materials from the surroundings are reflected inside the conference center in palette made up of upholstered panels, walnut and oak timber walls and warm limestone walls and floors. The rooms are all accessed off a generous 'L' shaped circulation route which is broken up with leather clad pods accommodating the intimate business touchdown and coffee dock areas.

An internal courtyard is created between the function hall and the conference lounge - allowing space for private contemplation whilst bringing daylight into the plan.
