This Protected Structure is a two-storey house in a terrace, with entrance halls and reception rooms on the upper floor, kitchen to the return, with a similar area of accommodation on the lower floor, mostly below street level.

Works comprised of a new damp-proof course in the basement while restoring the existing building, without increasing the overall footprint of the building. New bathrooms and kitchen were installed, along with new under floor heating system to the basement and radiators to the upper floors.
