We adopt a ‘restore and regenerate first’ mindset to all projects. In the spirit of ‘doing more with less’, we champion the adaptive reuse of existing building stock.

Our goal is to create positive impact and measurable sustainable outcomes in every project that we undertake.

The Dunlop Hotel and Gardens, Killarney
Refurbishment of both the exiting building to accommodate new something something.
The project also includes revitalising the surrounding woodlands and landscape.

Killarney Community College
A meaningful appropriately scaled, joyful extension that provided much needed increased classroom accommodation requirements for the school.

Seaview Cottage, Co. Wexford
The design intention for Sea View cottage was to restore and remodel the outbuilding to create a series of flexible and adaptive social spaces that would complement the more formal cellular rooms within the villa.
